Delivery of Products and Services
If your purchase is an individual nutrition consultation, after payment you will be provided with a booking confirmation which includes information on how to access your nutrition consultation.
If you purchase a digital product, after payment it will be delivered to the email address you provide and available immediately by download. If you have any issues with downloading your eBook, please contact us at moniquejcormack (at) gmail (dot) com.
For affiliate products, please refer to the delivery information on the third party website that you are taken to (i.e. the original seller’s website).
Refunds & Complaints
If you would like a refund on a nutrition consultation that has not yet occurred, please cancel the appointment and contact us at moniquejcormack (at) gmail (dot) com. Please note, if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a fee of 50% of the booking value is payable.
If you are not happy with a product or service purchased from this website that you have already used, please contact us at moniquejcormack (at) gmail (dot) com.
Please note that due to the digital nature of e-products, refunds are not available for any digital products like ebooks and meal plans.
If your issue relates to an affiliate product, please contact the original seller.
