My story

I began my career as a highly stressed corporate lawyer, struggling with disordered eating and a desperation to understand the endless conflicting messages about food and nutrition I was exposed to in mainstream media. I was so obsessed with understanding how to eat as “cleanly” as possible, it drove me to return to studying for a second time - only this time, I was learning about nutrition.

While initially I put my learnings and energy into cutting out foods and food groups from my diet, struggling with orthorexia in my determination to be “healthy”, I soon learned this was not the way to support and nourish my body… I came off the pill, wanting to start a family, but struggled with hypothalamic amenorrhea for a long time, making my fertility dreams feel out of reach. Eventually, after going through ovulation induction and IVF, I gave birth to two beautiful (and identical!) twin boys.

Since then, after learning what it truly means to be healthy, and how to use nutrition to care for my body and optimise my fertility, I went on to naturally conceive a third baby! And that’s the proof: I wholeheartedly believe in the power of evidence-based, holistic nutrition and lifestyle strategies to optimise fertility and give you the best chance of conceiving and building your dream family too.

Having struggled with infertility myself, experiencing two premature births and two high-risk pregnancies, not to mention my difficulties conceiving in the first place, I know how lonely, isolating and scary fertility complications can feel.

I’m here to empathise, to reassure you, and to help you restore your reproductive health so you have the best possible chance of conceiving your future bub. I want to give you the practical strategies, education and information you need to make powerful changes and improvements to your fertility, capitalising on the power of nutrition and food in a way that fits your life and circumstances.

A busy mum myself, I know you want quick, simple, practical strategies to nourish your body and support your fertility. With my history of disordered eating, I’m dedicated to never focusing on weight, helping you add to your life and diet instead of cutting things out unnecessarily. I’m committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming, safe space for everyone in my clinic - single mums, same-sex couples, donors, people going through surrogacy, and everyone in between.

I know fertility can be complex, and take a huge toll both physically and emotionally.

Which is why I’m determined to develop clear, reliable guidance tailored to your specific needs and goals.
