Nourish Your Fertility is a self-paced program, so you can move through the materials completely as it suits you.
If you complete one lesson per week and allow a ‘catch up’ week at the end, it will take you six weeks to complete the program. I’ve included guidance inside the program if you want to follow this 6-week structure, however it’s not mandatory.
You can go at your own pace!

You will receive uncapped access to the online portal where the video lessons can be viewed.

This is something I talk about in Nourish Your Fertility. Generally speaking, I recommend starting preconception nutrition prep around 3-6 months before you want to conceive, but you can start as early as you like so that you really establish some solid healthy habits!

Yes! I have included a plant-based meal plan as part of the course. I have also included nutrition tips tailored to various dietary modifications (vegetarian, vegan, seafood-free, dairy-free) suggesting nutrients to focus on and where you may require additional supplementation.
